Emotional Reflection: The Color of Feelings
Emotional Reflection: The Color of Feelings
an exploration of how a mirror. if capable of reflecting not just physical appearance but also the emotions and energy of the person standing before it, could portray a deeper truth. The project delves into the concept of mood as visualized through a circle-like mass of color, each hue representing different emotional states.
The central form features a mix of grey and bluish tones, symbolizing feelings of melancholy or calm introspection, while surrounding areas transition through varying shades of blue each expressing a different level of intensity in emotional energy. The brighter shades of blue on the outer edge signify lighter, more uplifting moods, symbolizing moments of clarity or joy.
By using color as a metaphor for mood, the project highlights the connection between our internal states and the external world, suggesting that emotions, much like light, radiate from within and have the power to shape our environment. Through this piece, I aim to explore how emotions can be as visible as physical forms, allowing us to see the energy that others carry with them, a kind of visual self-expression that goes beyond words or images.
